i feel so intensely about everything sometimes
and im so overwhelmed by all of it
that i have to remember my lungs .
im looking for other ways to be calm.
i look at other people that seem this calm.
i try to absorb some peace.
i seem to absorb everything else that's around me.
at times im thankful for this and that im not a zombie,
but other times that seems pretty nice.
my friend said to me tonight "dont be sad"
i said i wasnt, im just everything and too much of it and
i dont know how to channel it,
i dont know how to make you understand.
