More drinks,
staying up late,
wrestling ambition with excuses,
replaying moments,
picking things apart, 
revisiting the "just one last time"-
I don't know when to stop in so many ways
but 
the whiplash of my speeding love
& how quickly it can crash for me
will always be 
better to me 
than a safe ride.
